I have a Compaq that my father got me from work that they had upgraded with Firefox (don’t ask what model, it doens’t have it written on there, I just know it’s a tower, & we have a DELL screen). It’s always been strange. When I have it on for a while it’ll turn off for no reason, so I have to unplug it & replug it in. But earlier, it said that I needed to delete things from my computer, but when I tried, it said it was unable to delete the file. Then my computer froze, so I turned it off, then turned it back on. Now, it’s black & has white text, talking about initranfs (I have no idea what this is) & says for me to type help to get built-in commands. I type in help, & it has a whole bunch of words like break, cd, command, & export, along with others. If somebody can, will you please tell me what I can do to make it stop this & start working again? I use this computer only for facebook & fanfiction. I only use youtube a couple times a day, not that much though.
